After much trepidation and fear, I finally overcame my reservations about recording myself talking into a recording on Audacity so that I could post it in a podcast. Once I began the recording and editing, it became clear how simple the whole process actually was. Even the exporting into an MP3 and loading it onto podomatic.com was a breeze.
